The Adventure Travel Trade Association will deliver at the 2009 Adventure Travel World Summit more of what the global adventure travel community seeks:

Peer-to-peer networking opportunities
Business-to-business marketplace opportunities
Vibrant, real-world round-table discussions among peers
Practical case studies, education and tools
Dialogue and opportunities to interact with experts

Planeterra Director Richard Edwards is part of the Meeting of the Minds sessions.

These interactive round-table sessions are geared to help stimulate early Summit networking and discussions among special interest affinity groups. ATTA guided, the delegate-led and moderated Meeting of the Minds (Parts I and II) carry pre-published agendas designed to address key challenges/opportunities brought forth by the global adventure travel industry for collective brainstorming, dialogue and debate. Learning's and outcomes of this first Meeting of the Minds will be collected and serve as the starting point for the final day’s Meeting of the Minds, Part II, where solutions and next steps will be crafted for industry action.
