Day 2

 Rio de Janeiro
Take in breathtaking views from the ‘Christ the Redeemer’ statue and Sugar Loaf Mountain during our full-day city tour of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Day 3-7

 Favela Roupa Suja
Experience Rio first-hand while volunteering at a community-run day care centre in one of Brazil's largest favelas, where over 50 children are provided with a loving atmosphere to learn and grow, complete with games and educational activities, nutritious meals and health care. Fly to Foz do Iguaçu in the afternoon/evening of day 7.

Day 8-9

 Iguassu Falls
Revel in the magnificent Iguassu Falls and surrounding areas, in this tri-border region where Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay meet at the junction of the Paraná and Iguazu rivers. The falls themselves are comprised of 275 separate waterfalls over a 3 km area, with some over 80m (262.4 ft) in height. Spend the next two days exploring both the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the falls. Incredible options include a Zodiac cruise into the heart of the falls or an up-close look by taking a motor boat right to the base of some of the falls. Return to Rio on the afternoon/evening of day 9.

Day 10-14

 Favela Roupa Suja
Continue assisting at the daycare centre alongside women from the community to provide assistance where needed. Responsibilities may include helping out with classroom activities, teaching basic English skills, cooking, playing games with the children and general maintenance of the daycare. No special skills are required, just the desire to help.

Day 15
