TRAVEL & VOLUNTEER
By travelling with G.A.P Adventures you may have the opportunity to visit Planeterra community projects while on tour. These visits
range from a few hours to a day based on your interest in the project and time available on your tour.
However, if you are looking for a hands-on experience of true cultural immersion in local communities for a longer amount of
time we suggest traveling on one of G.A.P's new volunteer tours. To learn more about these tours

DOLLAR-A-DAY PROGRAM
We have developed a new way for people travelling on a G.A.P Adventures tour or Global Connections trip to help us give back to
the people and places in which we travel. Our Dollar-A-Day Program provides travellers with the opportunity to donate one dollar
per day for the duration of their tour with 100% of these proceeds going directly to support Planeterra projects. To participate
please indicate at the time of booking your trip that you would like to support G.A.P Adventures' Dollar-A-Day program,
either by clicking the check box online, or by advising your GA.P Adventures Adventure Specialist or travel agent.
ORGANIZE A FUNDRAISING EVENT
The Planeterra Foundation relies on money raised through fundraising events from travellers and other donors.
If you are interested in organizing a fundraising event to help support our programs please let us know and we will provide you
with as much information as possible about the project you wish to fundraise for.
